What We Believe

As Christians, our faith is centered on the Person and accomplished work of Jesus Christ. We believe that salvation is made possible solely by the work of Jesus Christ, His death, burial, and resurrection. We therefore affirm the truth of "Christ alone."

We believe that we are saved by God’s mercy and grace and not by our own merit or works of righteousness. The work is entirely God’s work. We therefore affirm the truth of "grace alone."

We believe that trust and faith in the Person of Jesus Christ is necessary for our redemption and salvation. The Holy Spirit works through the Scriptures and the Sacraments to create such faith. We therefore affirm the truth of "faith alone."

We take our beliefs from the Holy Scriptures. We believe the bible to be the inspired and inerrant Word of God. We therefore affirm the truth of "Scripture alone."

As the Spirit empowers us to live out these truths, we "walk in the new way of the Spirit," bringing glory to God, by revealing His Heart and truth by the way we relate to others.
